TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Call out fee- if your dog is uncomfortable for me to proceed with the service booked, there will be a service charge of £15 to cover fuel and cost of coming to you.
2. If your dog is found to have a fleas, an extra charge of £10 will be charged for the use of flea shampoo and fumigation of the van.
3. If your dog is matted an extra charge of £10 will apply to cover the cost of extra time required and the extra wear on the equipment. 
4. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment OR if I arrive to your property and no one is in (I will wait for 15 minutes whilst I try to contact with you), the full charge will incur and a deposit will need to be paid for a future groom. Future grooms will only be booked once previous cancellation fee has been paid.
